The Foil Expert is simply the most innovative and simple Hot Foil conversions to fit, integrating neatly into the original press design, installation requires no drilling or screw fixings. SF Services has designed the kit for quick and easy installation, without compromising style and quality.
The platen versions are deigned for self installation, the cylinder versions require some installation support but come with full installation instructions and a comprehensive operators and parts manual.
The Foil Expert can be retrofitted to most cylinder presses or Heidelberg T / GT / GTP / Minerva / Klugge / Crosland platen presses.
The Foil Expert will allow the operator to almost eliminate foil wastage by the ability to easily programme multiple combinations of foil pulls.
Running at speeds of up to 3,500 impressions per hour, the Foil Expert also has the facility to apply registered holograms.
For the Heidelberg T / GT/ GTP / Minerva / Klugge / Crosland platen we can offer the Foil Expert conversion kit. A robust construction, simple installation no drilling required.
All metal tamper-proof case & motor mounting bracket, which is secured to original machine frame, using existing location holes.
The screen displays are clear and easy to use during programming stages.
This foil pull unit features a microprocessor control chip, allowing five different pull lengths with up to ninety-nine repeats of each length per program.
Complex foil advance programs can be entered into the control chip to cope with the most demanding of foiling layouts.
The units can be programmed to achieve ‘step-ins’ even when running registered image holograms.
Our lightweight heated honeycomb/bunter plates have proved to be a great success on all Cylinder presses from B1 to Saroglia or Heidelberg platens. Manufactured from top quality aluminium.
Top mounting Pull-through unit Substantially constructed and mounted on the top of the press. The foil pull assembly can accommodate up to two full width rewinds or two Hologram rewinds.
A foil bar kit is also available that when fitted speeds foil changes and reduces foil usage by allowing the machine operator to run up to ten individual rolls.

From this screen entry of Start speed, Top speed, Acceleration, and Deceleration for the stepper motor is set. |
