All metal tamper-proof case & motor mounting bracket, which is secured to original machine frame, using existing location holes.
The foil pull unit features a microprocessor control chip, allowing five different pull lengths with up to ninety-nine repeats of each length per program.
Complex foil advance programs can be entered into the control chip to cope with the most demanding of foiling layouts making significant savings on foil of up to 65%.
The units can be programmed to achieve ‘step-ins’ even when running registered image holograms.
The screen displays are clear and easy to use during programme stages. The Foil Optimiser can be retrofitted to a B1 cylinder presses or Heidelberg GTP platen presses. The Foil Optimiser will allow the operator to almost eliminate foil wastage by the ability to easily programme multiple combinations of foil pulls. Running at speeds of up to 3,500 impressions per hour, the Foil Optimiser also has the facility to apply security holograms.

Our lightweight heated honeycomb plates have proved to be a great success on all Cylinder presses from B1 to Saroglia or Heidelberg platens. Made from top quality steel or aluminium.
|Top mounting Pull-through unit
Substantially constructed and mounted on the top of the press. The foil pull assembly can accommodate up to two full width rewinds or two Hologram rewinds. A foil bar kit is also available that when fitted speeds foil changes and reduces foil usage by allowing the machine operator to run up to ten individual rolls.
This kit can replace the mechanical chain drive mechanism, the upgrade enables the GTP to do long and short pulls making significant savings on foil up to 65%.

Remove original drive chain clutch & sprocket, 2x Pins to knock out. 1 x Screw
Remove chain if fitted, slide clutch unit off.
|2||Bolt on the foil optimiser bracket & Motor. (No drilling required, uses original Heidelberg holes)

|3||Bolt on the impression switch. (No drilling required, uses original Heidelberg holes)

|4||Secure the control panel on motor bracket

Plug in to a 240V – 110V / 13 A supply and you're ready to foil.
